Project 'Jaded Dragon' began waaaaay back in 2021 and officially opened in January 2025, marking the UK's first brick and mortar Baijiu Cocktail Bar.
We're all about delivering exceptional service while crafting uniquely delicious cocktails featuring the world's most consumed spirit, Baijiu!
In addition to our passion for creating great drinks, Jaded Dragon is dedicated to education. We have our own Baijiu tasting room, perfect for intimate tasting sessions. With 140 different styles of Baijiu on our shelves, there's a lot to learn!
From the bright and airy bar area, chilled out rooftop terrace mezannine, or dimly lit backstreet-style Club 1573, every section of the bar provides it's own fun and unique atmosphere.
